Our Story
From One Dhaba to a Legacy on NH8
Our Journey Begins on NH8
In 1995, a man with a vision — Mr. Lal Singh — opened a small dhaba at Sidhrawali on the Delhi–Jaipur Highway (NH8). His goal was simple: serve travelers fresh, homely North Indian food with the warmth and respect you’d find in your own home.
What began as a humble roadside eatery quickly became a landmark stop for generations of travelers, earning its place as a name people trust on every long drive.
For over 30 years, Old Rao Hotels has grown from that single dhaba to multiple outlets, all carrying the same promise — authentic flavors, spotless spaces, and heartfelt service.

Every dish that leaves our kitchen is made with fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and a whole lot of desi ghee and love.
